Here is a nice August School Holiday break to Zante for a family of 4 for a week all inclusive in a 3* spa hotel. The hotel has mixed reviews so I guess it does depend on what you want but to put it into context you're looking at around £300 less for a basic self catering hotel/apartment so for £300 more you are getting all your food and drink for the duration so even if you choose to spend some time away from the hotel and eat or drink elsewhere you're probably still going to save money. For a week family holiday all in under £1500 it's a great bargain.
Flights are with Thomas Cook 6-14 August and hold luggage is extra cost so you can add this depending on what you will need. The flight times aren't particularly favourable but it's probably why they are cheap.
No I don't. Thanks for rubbing it in though.:disappointed:

If you do want a family holiday in Laganas the Smartline Margaritas is the way to go. Just off the top end of the strip and family run despite the branding.

5kg of hand luggage no good, by the time you add on that the holiday not so much a bargain.
Highly recommend not taking the family to slaganas at any time.

This hotel's entrance is right on the strip. The strip is literally wild. Might be very noisy til 3am or later if you have a strip facing room. Great value for adults though - bash the all inclusive then get out on the strip.
Not sure if it's still there but ending your night in Cherry Bay drinking red vodka was the way to go back in the day!

How times change. Nowadays the night is ended by giving some slapper a cheeky finger on the beach with her crying afterwards because she has "a boyfriend back home".
