A nice little 2 night break 11-13 June in Krakow from Belfast - a good deal for those in NI. The Ibis is around 10-15 min walk from the main square and close to transport links for visiting the salt mines and Auschwitz.
Unfortunately it may be the HUKD effect. If lots of people have booked flights and the date is popular, the flight prices rise :-(

The train station is a 10 minute walk from the old town in the new shopping center. I walked past the hotel about 3 weeks ago its near the station. Well located hotel near a big carre four in the Galleria shopping centre. The train station isn't in the old town walls its outside it.

There are a number of Ibis hotels. This one is a bit further out but reviews on Tripadvisor suggest the main square is only a 10-15 min walk away and it can easily be accessed from the airport by bus and it has excellent public transport links too, tram etc.

A nice wee break hotel £28.75 for 2 nights is great, Ryanair for me comes up at £133.96 for 11th to 13th, total £162.71 for two nights for two people is still a great deal

Krakow is great, but so is Belfast.
Get a cheap flight to Belfast. spend a day or two there, do the Krakow trip, return to Belfast and fly home!

Just do it. If you've never been, it's somewhere I never even thought about visiting. I'm going on my 4th visit in a couple of years come December. The Old Town/Jewish Quarter is a brilliant night out.

Local buses 292 and 208 go from the airport to near Krakow Glowny train station, which is only a short walk from the old town (4pln) or train 8pln per person.
