The code is the same one for everyone on three but you need the app to generate a barcode which is scanned in store.

They tried telling me it was for the 50ml bottle and they blatently pressed back.... and then asked me to get the code up again. Good thing I had screenshot it and made it awkward for them haha

I did mention that the offer is for three customers but I didn't make it clear that the 'app' is only for three customers so thanks for pointing that out. Anyone can use the code even if you're not a three customer.

Pretty angry that when I popped into the York store the staff said that this offer starts next week, ridiculous customer service and refused to accept the code (this was from the app)

I have tried to use in Manchester Arndale today, person behind the till took my phone and asked if she was ok to use it, i said yes, she scanned it and then her colleague came over and said their systems wont accept the codes so I couldn't have it. Now as she scanned the code it has come off my account so I cant use the voucher again. Speaking to customer service to get it re-instated. Wife managed ok in a different store. Just be clear in the store you go into that they will accept it before they try and take it off!

Worked fine for me today, confused the staff at my local Superdrug store though who said they usually get emailed about offers like this. Used a friends card as I didnt have one, worked a treat. :sunglasses:
