I've just been informed by their customer service team that using the code '4HOURS' should successfully work for those that are yet to order.

For those that have see their comments below;

lads after one for school prom(job interviews later), not a lot in his size though 30-32 waist 36 chest waistcoat 36, colour not too bothered as long as it suitable for the above reasons, he will have to have a long look on the site

Just some input on my experience here on the Moss gear. I hate it lol bad quality, awful bland designs.

The shirts very badly sewn, stitching coming undone straight out of the packaging, even the button hole stitching comes undone lol
The shirts are horrible. The collars are grossly large.( The slim fit shirt collars are slightly better but still crappy compared to even peacocks, primark et al.

The suits the stitching is bad (& designs are pretty naff) all the suits Ive bought (Moss London/ previously known as Ventuno21) the stitching comes undone on the inner seams. Thats even before youve had a chance to wear it. The stitching alot of the times is wonky & coming undone. The lapels arent symmetrical ( one thicker than opposite side, the notch also wasnt symmetrical again stitching was bad at the lapels)
The casual (any of their shirts apart from one nasty linen shirt) shirts dont have the single chest pocket (pocket is useful for tissues, pen, clipping on sunglasses, receipts etc etc)

I remember a time when MOSS BROS did produce quality & desirable garments throughout the whole range.

I switched to Steel & Jelly... however even theyre going down the same route as MOSS lol

Now I just shop elsewhere :smile:

Whilst there are clearly some excellent barg's to be had, you can't search by size availability. This means you'll have to be lucky or spend ages trawling through to find them.

I was in Moss yesterday looking for a waistcoat, £69 for the one I wanted. £15 on here now in the sale but no stock in my size. Do you reckon I could go in store today and ask for the one I tried on (my size) for £15?? What's the harm in trying I guess.

I think even the pocket squares are slim fit.

I put the code in, the discount comes off, then I sign in to PayPal and it tries to charge me the full amount when I get back to the site!

The sale is a joke no stock of sizes and you guys add heat even before the sale goes live this is as cold as my freezer

Yeah, promotional discount completely removed for me too. I've screen capped the first page on the basket where it processed it and they can either retrospectively apply the discount or they can have the lot back and have to sell it for even less in a month's time. Their call... :smiley:

Only problem is discount code registers in basket but I (and others, according to MB) have been charged full price. Contacted them and a refund of 24% is being arranged but is going to take 30 days...

Hmm... put the code in, the price recalculated with the discount, but when purchasing the price reverted back to the pre discount code price. Only just noticed on the confirmation page.

The e-mail confirmation also doesn't have this registered, but it certainly came up as a change from £149 to £113.

As others have said, the discount disappears at the payment screen, I've gone ahead and ordered and contacted their customer services (with a screenshot as proof) and am hoping they honour the discount afterwards.

ordered it and email the CS, it's cheap enough but it will be nice to get another 24% off, if I can't get it, then I certainly will return few jackets and coats, just keep the bargains.

Apologies - it IS working. My problem was that I had the original 48HOURS code also applied (forgot to remove it), which didn't go through. Thus to confirm that code '4HOURS' works for me too.

Thanks OP. 4 HOURS works. Just ordered overcoat. I know its summers, but will need one in winters and it is a great deal. Same with Jackets. I went to the store to try out the size. It was perfect and the price is a fraction of the one in store.

Bought lots of stuff from them after previous deal postings. Lots of negative comments at the time and poor review rating. This time the deals are rubbish and it's voted hot. How weird is that

4HOURS code not working... I am ordered from Europe (though with UK address) so that may be the issue.

Edit: Yes, putting currency to £ fixes this.

I tried 48HOURS code as well, for both of them it says the code is applied and I went all the way to checkout and till the payment price it still shows no discount.

I tried with 2 suits and the discount initially applied to only 1 suit. So I removed the second suit on which the discount wasnt appearing, applied "48hours" and it worked for me ONCE on one suit. So I paid for that one. Paypal receipt is also correct for that suit.

Now that I am trying to do it again, in chrome regular mode, incognito mode and edge browser the code applies but gives no discount. Shambles

Meh. Last night I worked out what I wanted to get, a suit reduced to £79 with free shirt and tie, put it in the basket all ready for the code to launch today. But they've now changed the offer so there is no shirt and tie included, would have been better off just ordering last night.

I called the shop and they said it was a completely different product on the website to what they had in store, even though it looks identical. Cba with the leg work to persuade them to price match

Congratulations Goonertillidie and thanks for your 20.000 post. I ordered 5 Jacket , 3 Trousers , 3 waistcoat which cos me £357 . I ordered after 3pm today and the code was still working hope you find your sizes. I am not sure but I hope ordered right size. Good Luck
