I've been there four times, always Saturdays during the Spring/Summer, and I've never left later than 2pm.

No way you need 2 days to do the lot twice. One is plenty.

nope, it is 20% for kids only. some rides even have "g" force, quite fun for a group of pals to go.

IMO half a day is enough to do everything in Thorpe Park. Get there for opening and you can ride everything twice before it starts to get busy after lunch.

Yeah, this is very true. I don't think I've ever been there past 1pm. Great fun though!

you must be joking, if you do not have fast track, even omn a rainy weekday, and arriving at 10am, you can only use the rides once till it is 6pm. i have been there with my pals before twice, and never had a chance to use main rides more than once. in 7 hours.

Not sure for anyone else by my kids' Half-Term doesn't start until the 29th of May and their half-term dates are not available in the Thorpe Park booking system for this deal. Unless I misunderstood, mentioning bank holidays and half-terms is false advertisement, it seems. Greed runs deep in the travel & entertainment industry when it come to children holiday periods... I am sure the people who set the prices in this industry are either childless or make some much money from other parents that they don't care paying more for their own children.

Good deal but Thorpe Park (or any theme park) on a bank holiday Monday is my idea of hell

Are you aware that the hotel is a shipping container?

Visited recently whilst on holiday from Australia. Shark hotel is shockingly small, 2 adults, 2 kids. The room is half a shipping container with tiny beds and a shower room. AVOID! The fast track till 11 is a waste of time as the park is empty till then anyway and you can get on all the major rides at least once. Get there for opening and you'll be fine.

Gets some heat. It definitely would never return. No decent rides other than maybe Saw. Wasn't worth the trip, prefer going Alton towers as plenty to choose from and as long as you get over the incident that happened couple years ago is a way better choice imo

Really Thorpe park has swarm which I think the best coaster in the UK colossus, stealth and the hanging one all world class at Alton towers I would only put Rita in the same bracket

Did this recently. Great price and even though the hotel room was small, it was better than expected. The down side was that many rides broke down while we were there and I was stuck on Ghost Train for about 55 mins (and that doesn't include the queue time for the ride). I wasn't a happy bunny.

Just be aware that the rooms are very small for 2 adults and 2 kids. I went with my partner last year and stayed overnight but we found that we could do everything within the first day.

I can't work this out. Is this per person or for two people? It says "2 park days for 1". That kind of implies that the hotel is for two people, but only one of them use the theme park.
