I bought a DC54 refurb for my sister it appeared brand new but she found it to be heavy, Dyson collected & refunded within a week.

There's other good deals there too, especially cylinder vacuums - DC19/28c/39 - around the £100 mark. Very tempting as my DC25 is on its last legs.

Do it, I've got the Cinetic DC54 animal, no filters to change.

Bought one of these a while back. Appeared to be new and even came with a five year warranty. The stand mechanism although clever, seems a bit fragile to me so I am not sure how long it will last but hopefully it will be covered by the warranty. Also the dust collection bin is pretty small compared to our old Dyson.

good deal, I got a refurbished dc40 last year, as good as new. The only thing I don't like is that I find using the flexi nozzle heavy and unyeilding

received mine today via parcelforce and it looked like brand new except for the odd mark but there was a problem with the plastic wand tube that goes into the flexible hose,it was slightly warped so the handle wouldn't click into place
to be fair to their customer services it was no problem and they've arranged a replacement for a brand new unit, not refurb....can't say fairer than that

mine arrived this morning, as above looks fantastic. just registered the guarantee which states 2 years on the form, and it's come up with 5 years instead! great stuff.

Whats the difference between the DC 28 and DC 39, look identical and similar price? I would assume the 39 is"better"?

Realised the dc39 is better and they just have the wrong image for the 28c on their listing. Bought one with a little cash back and some nectar points

At least customer service is on point, I am keen to purchase one as well. Hopefully you are happier with your second delivery

How to i realise the deal of £120, because when i click the link it goes to EBay and its £160, has this deal expired?

Looks like the deal has finished. I'm gutted because my old Panasonic has just given up the ghost so would have loved one of these.

Just FYI, mine arrived and it has tags on it and looks brand new, not a spec of dust on it. Well pleased.
