I have never ever seen any Blu Ray at my local Poundland (NW Lancs area) which I visit about once a week. A person I spoke to there said that they think staff buy most of them before they are put out on display.

There are a few Poundlands around my area and some I never see any blu-rays and others there are always some to choose from so you may be right. Mind you, many seem destined for eBay it seems and usually appear hard to sell due to the additional postage the sellers require. I think Despicable Me 2 3D may be the exception to the rule though.
