Cancelled. Can they actually take payment and not fulfil the order?

I have been to my local collection point to collect them,i have mine,im sorry some others do not. They must have sold out and thats why they are sending out cancellation emails.

Received the exact same email as above. My disgust for this company grows by the second :confused:

This item was incorrectly priced on our website due to an inputting error. Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

In this instance, as we have not despatched the goods to you no contract has been formed to supply the item at the incorrect price and we have therefore cancelled your order.

Just found out mine also just got cancelled after 'being at supplier' for 8 days. No email received. It should have been delivered by yesterday. I've never had a good experience with this appalling company. Never again.

Not even a mail to inform me of this.

Same old same old, they really are very SXXT!

Mines been stuck at 'Order being processed at supplier' for over a week now. Not a good sign.

How can anyone not be familiar with Denby? :confused:

Even as a teenager when the only things you're interested in is clobber and picka you still noticed your cuppa came in one of those easily identifiable shape Denby mugs when visiting pals with cool parents and that was like 30 years ago.

By the mid 90's even acquaintances with Jeremy Kyle contestant parents was bringing you a cuppa in either snide Denby gear or genuine gear they'd hoisted out of House of Fraser and John Lewis :smile:

Paid £44 from another catalogue only 2 months ago. Sturdy but heavy not suitable for certain people however a great price and find easy to clean with no chance of going rusty
