They may not of had an issue with refunds , but they still took a lot of money and held it when they had no stock and probably won't be getting in anytime soon if at all .
Still very disappointed in my first experience with this company an won't order again

Can't fault Grainger Games for their speed of reply as paypal refund received today. I'll have to put this down to experience, lesson learnt.

Thanks for posting your experience with the refund, the way they handled everything else made it seem like they would be just as bad at refunds, if not worse. I'll probably do the same as this is just not acceptable.

My account still states "Order processing" as it has for the nine days since ordering, I assume they never had the stock to start with so I have requested to cancel the order and get a refund. I am not confident of this going smoothly, what a sh*t company.

Nope same , my first time using them and I will give them a little while longer but I have no hope this is actually gonna turn up and will not use them again if it doesn't.
The help said that it isn't in stock but it clearly was when I ordered and went in and out of stock for a day afterwards

Nope , just checked and mine still said processing . But never ordered of grainier so perhaps they are just terrible at updating orders , as they are still selling it so it can't be a mistake (i hope)

According to sources online who got it early, it's a disc copy with a code also printed which can be redeemed on steam.
