My local Home Bargains also have the Daewoo Tower fan at £19.99.
Looks like it has exact same specs (12", 2 hr timer) as Tesco (£20 or 2 for £35)

I have the Tesco one as a review of the Daewoo one put me off. Home Bargains posted about the fans earlier on their Facebook page and someone else mentioned a problem with the stand in the pedestal one.
