Just found this on Scan. Good case I've used before. Absolute bargain at this price. Roughly twice the price elsewhere. It says it's on sale and in stock. Not sure how long for.

Useful for those in Bolton but for the other 99% of us maybe not. I was just suggesting it as it seems to be the norm with the Scan deals
Yes. My case is the same minus the window and a couple of reviews describe the window as being flimsy and a potential weak point. Perhaps the reason it's on sale. However it's still value for forty quid.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I hate all case windows.

I had a similar window on my Corsair C70. HAted the fan holes, so I bought a couple of pieces of acrylic cut to size, and carefully drilled the holes to mount the window to the case. It looks a lot better now without the fan holes.

how adorable that you think the entire country lives within a convenient distance of your area

bit of a douche question but got that filter, how have you got yours?
I certainly don't. I just like my rig to look classy and I find showing off tacky.

Me too, but unfortunately it seems the majority of people prefer them. Personally I'd much prefer a case with a solid side and a large mesh area with ability to mount a 200mm fan on. I can't understand why people are bothered what their PC looks like.
If you look at pro (business) cases, none have windows. But they typically have worse cooling than consumer cases (just a single 60mm fan, or none at all at the rear, and no side fans). Would be great to have the best of both worlds.

Great price.
Amazon have it for £45.46 (if you have prime) for those interested - this works out the same price as ordering from Scan with DPD delivery.
I've had the the windowsless verison for 2 years, as someone already stated (and another gave a solution) dust gets in from the top.
everything's pretty sturdy.
my only criticism is that the front gets pretty dusty on mine and its a bit of a job to get the front metal mesh off in order to remove the dust

You certainly are.
Unless you've got cheapo/basic parts I don't see why wouldn't you want to show off the internals.

I actually have this case, its pretty good! I paid £64.66 in 2014

Same.. I think I paid closer to £70 though around that time.. this is an awesome price.. usually cases in this price range are pretty poor.. certainly not up to the quality of this anyway.

Couple of years ago I really wanted to get a case with a window for my first own gaming PC build but decided not to so that the parts inside wouldn't attract extra attention from my wife, specifically graphic cards that cost in the region of £300 :disappointed:

If its anything like 99.9% of wives, they have zero interest in computers, never mind the hardware components inside them. And it would be a good bet that the vast majority wouldn't know a difference between a £80 RX460 and a £400 GTX1080.

Would she be able to tell how much they were worth by just looking at them? Are you not allowed to spend money on hobbies?

Meh. Thought it was the windowless one for a second. I'll stick with my trusted old NZXT Lexa S for now.

I almost went for this but decided to get the 400C as it was a little bit bigger. still a good deal this, have some heat OP!
I have windowless version the included fans are quiet and it's plenty roomy, perhaps too roomy for a simple build. Only real criticism is the mesh top panel that lets dust in but obviously, lets the heat out too.
