I'd spend a bit more and get a full set up to 19mm. 19mm / 3/4in is very common. 11mm is 7/16th, a common non-metric size. 15 and 16 often used on pipe fittings (probably some American non-metric size).

Admittedly only 6 pieces but these are likely to be the sizes you'll need for around the house diy or bike maintenance etc - 65p a spanner :smiley:
