supermarket sandals lasted just for 6 week summer hols on my kids. bought clarks, they lasted 2 years and are still good enough to take to the charity shop. and they cost £10 with code from brantano.
so heat for this!

Think that you will find that Clarkes quality is broadly higher than most similarly priced alternatives. Perhaps you bought a pair that were labelled Clarkes but not actually made by them, this happens a lots nd I can't blame you for not noticing, the visual differences are quite subtle.

I have loads of Clarkes boots and shoes, had one pair ten years only wore hand full of times, and the top fell off the bottom, I was in town at the time, had to buy a pair of shoes as the were flapping about, I think the rubber disintegrates after a time.

I've been wearing Clarks shoes for almost a decade.. Not the same pair but for £30 can't go wrong
