This is £1.40 on the main Brewdog site, one of the better alcohol free beers out there. Also considerably more costly from Amazon.

Good stuff! It annoys me they say alcohol free though. Nanny State is 0.5% Becks Blue is 0.05%

Alcohol-free doesn't mean a drink has no alcohol whatsoever. It's non-alcoholic drinks that may not contain any alcohol at all.

Exactly, sink 7 or so of these in a hurry and you could get pulled for drink driving. For shame, lol.
Good for if you are going out to a party of sorts, fancy a couple of beers with dinner or something, and also the designated driver. Defo one of the best tasting " non-alco" beers too. Very hoppy.

It would appear so.

I do now note that it states full list in comments...........is Brewdog listed? No, so unless someone posts about it how are people supposed to know, or do you expect them to hunt through the entire ASDA site for bargains?
Obviously if alcohol free a Brewdog is listed on one of the other posts I apologise.

It always amuses me when buying these beverages via autocheckout that ".. Approval needed" to certify I'm over 18.

For me, I love the taste of beer, larger, ales but unfortunately due to the medication I'm on I can no longer drink/tolerate alcohol. Having a decent tasting alternative like this means on the occasion I fancy a beer etc, I can.

Vile hipster water. Hate all this IPA ****. Erdinger, Becks Blue, Warsteiner fresh all better beers, even at full price.

0.5% does not count as alcohol-free in the UK, although it does on the continent. Read the label on a bottle of Erdinger (my favourite, by far), which says "Alkoholfrei" but then qualifies its status for the UK. There is a useful explanation of the various categories of reduced alcohol beer on the Drinkaware website

Yet interestingly if it's under 0.5% it's not against the law to sell it to someone under 18. However most places chose not to.

Just been told there is a maximum on these at Asda Colchester. No more then 6 a customer as they are not a wholesaler. Nothing on the shelf about this and I do not see it applied on other goods. 8 bottles is to many yet I can have three boxes of 8 okay.

It's their prerogative, they're under no obligation at all to sell them to you. Harsh but true sadly.
