I had one of these for 3 years - Elite Crono Fluid ElastoGel Trainer - used twice so not saying don;t buy but be warned its way easier to avoid using when already sat indoors

Forget dumb trainers like this, get a smart trainer and Zwift (Google it) yes you'll pay more (£200 plus Zwift @ £8pm) but you'll train harder, see better results and most importantly you'll enjoy it and keep coming back :smiley:

Why is this so hot? You can always get basic magnetic turbo trainers for around this much (including the riser block).
Got one last year from Halfords and there are lots on amazon and ebay
