Probably a niche item, but this is a quality cross beam red laser with a plumb function as well, which comes in a case and with some useful accessories (as per picture) and 3 year warranty. Specs are as follows:
SPECIFICATION Power supply: 3x 1.5V LR6 AA Batteries (Included) Working range: 15 m Accuracy: ± 0.3 mm/m Self-levelling range: ± 4° Levelling time: 4 s Dust and splash protection: IP 54 Tripod thread: 1/4", 5/8" Colour of laser line: red Projection: 2 lines / 2 points Plumb point accuracy: ± 0.7 mm/m Weight, approx.: 0.49 kg Length: 132 mm Width: 81 mm Height: 163 mm
The Bosch DIY version, PCL 20, with a shorter range and reduced precision, is only slightly cheaper with fewer accessories

I bought a similar one from Screwfix at around the £120 mark. Use it for QCing of tradesmens work but also for simple things like towel rails. When neither your floors or ceilings are straight and level like this old house, it's a godsend. You can place pencil marks directly on the laser line.

Lazer levels are brilliant, couldn't justify spending this much for myself though.

The quigo is much cheaper for someone looking for just a cross beam laser and not too fussed about the relatively narrow beam spread. This one is 2x more precise, has double the range, and a plumb function... which may be overkill for many :smirk:

I have a quigo, use it loads! Cost about 40 quid though, not sure how much better this is?

ummm, do I buy this or an over-priced plumb line for a fiver...... unless you are using this very often, it is far too over-priced even if 2 aa batteries are included
brought a stanley laser level years ago, for about £15 thought it was overpriced (but a bargain) and I would hardly use it, so true! this price its not a bargain but day light robbery even if you are in the trade (it is battery operated)

... cheaper for click and collect and if you don't need the accessories (It's not clear what is included for £99.98 as the pictures show a different mount than the RM1 which is discussed in the product description)... but good find nonetheless ;-)
