I tried this, but they want you to set up a credit account and I'm not up for that. I've put my money with Tesco.

This game is pretty good! I'm impressed so far from the beta.

I found the movement a little slow, maybe I'm just not that good at it yet. Although I did win a fair few fights.
Edit: I had a couple of connection dropouts but soon rectified. Not sure if it was the console or game.

The movement was a bit slow to be honest. But I think some of the arms were slower than others might be another reason it felt that way.
I like that there is a 4 player brawl option, 6 or 8 would have been even better. But I do wish the stadiums were bigger.
This is the first unique game that the switch has, at least now it doesn't feel like Nintendo have been sitting on their backsides.

I absolutely loved it! Very original and great fun. Really glad I pre-ordered it now. Had a couple of disconnects too but hopefully that's just the beta.
The multi-way brawls are a bit manic and the UI was hard to see whether it was free-for-all or teams sometimes. Plus changing focus to another player was a bit glitchy at times. Everything else I loved. It's pretty well balanced too which is surprising, none of the fighters seemed completely OP. Few moves were a bit cheesy but I guess they can probably be countered
Can't wait to play again now

Switching players in 4 player brawl was a bit difficult, sometimes you didn't know who you were going to end up punching. It seemed the game was built for one on one fighting in terms of focus. Hopefully they improve that. Wasn't too fond of the netball game though. I'll probably be buying in from the eshop.

Yeah true it definitely shines in 1vs1 although the brawls could be perfect with a little tweaking. Oh yeah forgot about the netball game that was pretty meh

Tried the game again and it's the right analog to change who you are looking at/fighting.
I haven't tried the motion controls yet so will give that a try next.

i did have any drop out or connection issue during test punch, so it must be with consoles internet settings! you can test the internet on the system settings, mine is NAT type A

I notice mine says NAT type B. If you don't mind, what does that mean and do you have to go into manual settings to change it?

I know B is the one you want for gaming, all A means is that your firewall is disabled for the host server. It offers less protection. My initial connection loss was from the game server but not a firewall issue as it reconnected fine, internet was fine and second day playing game had no issues either. Connection loss is expected on a new game and server and for a very brief drop out to be the only playable hiccup I would say it is an almost total success.

Thanks for that, I did all motion controls and the way you hold the joy cons made me almost forget about the analog sticks completely. I just jumped and dashed in hope it would lock onto the other player and in three way fights would accidentally target the guy who wasn't attacking me.
