£4.99 / £8.98 for the 600Mbps model seem really good. Previously we saw the 433Mbps version at this price - Code STP7L5VV
Good for those who want a bit of a speed boost over their current Wi-Fi connection. If you're not sure, check your speed ratings on your PC/Laptop/Mac before buying. All in all these are good value at the mo. I quite like the idea of using on a smaller built PC, so that I can move it around. Play games in the garden maybe? It's outside...
So yeah... I might do this :stuck_out_tongue:

What else can the code be used for ? Or is it only for this specific item?

Does the code work with any other products?

My broadband is 200mbps
Router is about 15 feet away in the same room.
Realistically, what kind of speed can I expect with this?
If anyone has this sort of broadband, could they possibly share their speedtest.net result?

Do your damn best to get a cable around to your main machine.
Wireless is slower than they advertise, shares wireless bandwidth with your other devices (and neighbours if you have enough) and its only really half duplex (gigabit Ethernet is actually 2000mbit).

Received mine now. It is a 433Mbps version like the last £6.99 offer. Hardly surprising since it is a USB 2.0 dongle. The 600Mbps comes from 433Mbps at 5GHz + 150Mbps at 2.4GHz rounded up.

Every time I see these for £5 I'm always too late. Glad I managed to pick one of these up this time. Easy way to get over £20 for free delivery too.

Same here, always expired by the time I see the deal.
Added a bottle of Black Seal Rum to take me over the £20 free delivery limit. Excellent reviews too. (the rum)
