Not sure if this is a local deal (Swinton) or not and didn't go for it but at the front of the store Fosters and Amstel was on offer at 2 for £20.
Don't really want 40 bottles of Amstel and not sure if Fosters Gold tastes the same as it did before. Amstel is always around the £10 mark in places such as B&M but thought I'd post it if someone was passing a local store.
Couldn't find it on the website when I got home from work.

Deal has changed slightly. £10 each now with an advert in one of the newspapers.

Cheaper at Home Bargains, £9.99 for a box of 20 and that's just standard price!

That sounds like an appropriate price for this "beer".

This used to be lovely stuff when it was actually imported! Now it's made here and is not much like the import stuff. It's nice if you can find it on draught in bars

I get that, but if you are going to go to and spend £40 at Morrisons anyways you might as well save another £2.20 :sunglasses:

(Amstel, Bud etc also included in the 3 for deal)

Used to get a 24 bottle crate duty free for £5 (as long as we returned the empties to the chandler) when I worked on a ship out of the Netherlands 18 years ago so this is a great deal! Hot

This isn't the same beer, the Amstel we get over here changed to being brewed in the U.K a few years ago rather than being the Dutch original.

it was 3x cases (mix and match) of 12 x 330ml in my Morrisons for £20
Don't forget, spend £40 and get 5p off each litre of fuel :stuck_out_tongue:

LOL
Those 'deals' are such a con, that 5p of a litre is worth £2.20 if I fill the tank in my car. I'd probably burn more than that driving to Morrisons.

Great deal, I stocked up yesterday before seeing this. Any decent beer such as this that works out at 50p these days is a top deal!

I always compare the price per liter (£1.52 is a good guide).
I find the best deals are in 440ml tins.
