Set to be more accurate to the books than any Steven King TV/Film effort maybe :P I'd read any Gaiman book over Martin any day of the week but the advertising is way off on that un. Probably just for the publicity than anything else. three undeniably talented writers even if I haven't and won't read Game of thrones (I enjoy the show and the non tell tales video games story).

Not so much hard as vague, it's easy enough to read but it didn't seem to have much of a point to it.

The books not that hard a read compared to the show, I think the show needs to be watched together rather than episodic (the shows second series is supposedly not based on the book so it will either work or won't)

The first series only covers the first 5 or 6 chapters of the book

I've just finished the book. It's actually an easy read and well worth getting.

TV show is pretty weird but compelling, not sure I understand it but defo enjoying it. The sex goddess or whatever she is proper cracked me up. I've heard the book is a hard read but I'm tempted to give it a go
