No point. It's a supplement. If, for some reason, you can't get enough protein, or you need a more convenient method of upping your protein intake it can be beneficial. ONLY if you otherwise lack an adequate intake of protein.
It's marketed as magic powder. It's not. It's just protein. No different to the protein you already get in your diet. Most people have plenty as it is. As a guide, for strength training, about 1g / lb of bodyweight is recommended. However, for most people, an average of about 120 - 150g is more than enough. After that fat is more important, then fill the rest with carbohydrates for energy and optimal hormonal balance.
I personally drink protein shakes because I like the taste, and I'm lazy as ****. They're not particularly healthy, or special. I just like the taste.
Unfortunately my favorite flavour isn't listed. CINNAMON DANISH. Tastes awesome. I haven't had orange cream... but I wouldn't risk it. I prefer caramel-type flavours. Toffee and Tiramisu are pretty good though.

Amazon said that with an external hard drive a few weeks back. Ordered on the 7th with a 23-30th may estimate, then got an email the next day saying it would be the 11th May and it was actually delivered on the 9th!
Long story short it's not uncommon for the dates to come forward from their initial projection.
Hope that helps.

Can't see why this has been expired, still in stock.
I got the X-tone stuff from Home Bargains and the first 2 bags mixed easily. The next two didn't mix as well and needed blending to be lump free. Tried another brand there and much the same. Have a feeling the cheap end of the market may all be like this now?

Better off buying a Whey Protein Isolate powder rather than this as it is a more pure form of protein (up to 97% depending on brand, rather than 80% concentrate). I buy Pulsin unflavoured and mix 20g in with my porridge for breakfast.
