You don't get a brown ballerina with these, they are 3ply and the only ones I buy. I make a special trip just to get them but always take someone with me who stays in the car to protect it as all the farmfoods shops I know are in the run down areas of cities.

Thanks for the post. We have been buying Nicky toilet roll for years apart for one time I was in Sainsbury's and couldn't be bother going to Farmfood's we bought Andrex and we found it to be rubbish compared to Nicky's toilet roll. X

I've never thought of that, my toilet blocks almost every use. We use this paper in my house.
Will need to experiment with a change of paper.
Thanks

Must depend on the design of your toilet. We use it in both our toilets and the in laws in all three of theirs and no problems with blockages.

My toilet blocked 3 times using 3 ply, never again! Have since spoken to many others it's happened too. Believe me a blocked toilet is disgusting so I'm back on the cheap loo roll for life !

Move to a house with good toilets, or maybe your pipes just need a good blasting? Shame you missed out on the Aldi 15m drain cleaner. Life's too short for cheap rolls!
Me, my parents, my girlfriend and her family have all converted with no blockages - that's 7 toilets. Elite forever!

Yes you are correct. Make sure you dead lock it and don't leave anything in sight inside. I left half a pack of Polo's on the dash and someone smashed the window and stole them.

It's definitely this paper. I had the same problem when using it. Constant blockages. Changed to much thinner b&m toilet roll and the problem stopped instantly.

What is the quality like for wiping? I find with cheap rolls that you have to use more to get totally clean (and yes do wet it a little first)

yeah my toilet can only take four wipes of nicky but can take 6 wipes of asda shades before blocking. s#;+ you needed to know.

You guys are so last century!!!. I don't think any of you have a clue to what this site is all about.
Get an Amazon Prime account - use the top quality corrugated cardboard from the Amazon delivery boxes (worth the prime subscription cost on its own), to scrape your **** clean. One 5 inch square cut-out of these beauties, blocks your toilet in one go (takes at least 20 flushes to get rid). And I film the whole thing with a camera from one of my many Apple devices, as I wouldn't waste my spit on any Android rubbish. So, basically if you aren't willing to die for both/either Amazon and/or Apple..... I hate you.

converted to this year's ago when sometime working at the bogroll factory offered free samples. never had a blocked khazi. however there are deficient two types. I was in the local expats cash and carry when I saw them selling Nicky bogroll. despite being marked "made in the UK" they are smaller thinner sheets. much to my disappointment as Spanish bogroll is horrible. have some heat!

Don't they do sarcasm round your neck of the woods or do you look at the scratchers in run down areas with as much disdain as me? :smirk:

slightly o/t but when you take a hefty dump at someone's house and it won't flush, NEVER try to break it up but leave it there so when they later notice your turd emerging defiantly out of the water they'll feel embarrassed for providing such an inadequate toilet for their guests.

I asked my mate to call in as we were passing in his Porsche Macan. When we came back to the car every panel had been keyed. This was in Coronation square, Cheltenham. I'd like to get this brand to use in my house but my wife complains the aloe/scented stuff they put on it has a similar effect to what mint source shower gel does to 'Happy Flaps' lady:
So that would be 270 roles for £45 or 16.7p per roll.
