Coconut Oil can be used as hair conditioner and is also good for use as moisturiser in skin, great for frying, baking or use as a spread.
This looks to be National but I got this from Peterborough

I got a jar yesterday and I think it is plastic - albeit thick plastic that almost feels like glass.
No idea if that'll affect the taste - haven't used it yet.

Definitely don't use this on your body. Edible coconut oil is processed in a different way. Cosmetic/skin care versions will be perfumed and not as greasy. In the same way you can also get this at Pets At Home for dogs as it's good for their paws so just make sure you're eating the right coconut oil as ones for eating are manufactured under strict hygiene standards.

Thanks, I'll pick up some later and put on my coconut.
That should stop it from squeaking!
