Did this offer 3 times over the promotional period.
Twice the 500 points went on at the same time as the normal points but the other item gave me the standard points with nothing showing several days later. Didn't bother chasing up but the missing 500 points for that third item were added on the 17th May (day before the statement day) without any email/call from me.

Update. .rang them again asking why my 500 points haven't been added and this time got a much friendlier customer service representative who sent the request off and said that the points should be added after 24/48 hours as long as I keep my item.

I used the link in the promotion email, which took me to a certain list of products. I didn't deviate from that screen.
I'm emailing with them about this now, I may just argue the toss to see if it goes anywhere.
I chose a Burt's Bees lipbalm which I'd wanted to try, and I used my Debenhams MasterCard to pay, so not a big loss for me, just a disappointment.

I ordered a Burtbees lip balm at £4 and did not get any points.After phoning them up to ask about when the points would get added on they said the lip balm wasn't classed as a skincare product but rather a beauty product so it didn't qualify for the 500 points.Well I thought it was too good to be true and I'm not too optimistic about getting the £5 click and collect voucher that I was also promised on the website when I ordered.Will probably just return the item after picking it up after collection :neutral_face:
Picked my order up today. Dispatch email had no mention of bonus points and none added. Don't know whether to wait or send email. Can't see the here to help section

Base points have been added to Beauty Club, may need a few more days following despatch if everything is added then.
Plan is to wait a few days then email Debenhams, whom I've always found responsive to messages.
