Has anyone who ordered for delivery had an e-mail or any kind of notification that their order has been shipped out? I certainly haven't.

Picked up mine (one of each) from Stevenage today following a phone call that it was ready (I ordered yesterday). At no time was I asked for a copy of the voucher which, seeing as I was just collecting my goods that had already been paid for, makes sense.
Anyway, the guy in store couldn't have been nicer. Even carried the boxes out to the car for us.

Hmmm, do you have a picture of the voucher? Or at least the terms (e.g. does it say if you need to present it at collection and/or if photocopies are accepted?)

Yep, I just was. Told them it was a code and shrugged my shoulders. They didn't seem overly happy with that response, but I got the order nonetheless

I used Clintons (Big C and the lower case), and it worked fine for me. Would not work with all capitals.
