Ideal if you're on a low budget and want to get the job done. Both have some good reviews on site which are worth checking out. Not the most powerful out there, but I feel they represent good value for money - Free C&C (Standard del £3)
Both workout at £49.50

Sorry if you already know this but you have to tap the ground occasionally whilst in use to release the line.
Also the spools can be bought ready made I believe 2 for £5. They are fiddly to but I find all strimmers/trimmers are pretty frustrating to change line manually.

I've got the strimmer and its ok until the line snaps, its very fiddly to re-thread the twin lines in my opinion.

I have the trimmer from last year, but need replacement spools. Not quite sure what will fit. Strimmer itself works well, but the line feed doesn't so have to pull it out manually. A bit of a pain if it snaps off short and the end disappears inside the spool. The coil has a life of its own when opened.

I got totally fed up with mine that I bought a couple of years ago for that very reason, returned it to Tesco and got a refund without any problem.

Works fine for me too. Think it may be a Tesco issue as I've been trying to do a grocery order for almost 2hrs tonight
