complete waste of time and money. go McDonalds or just drink water. seriously do not go there. they are overpriced and you will find better food elsewhere. service an it great either and their customer services in head office are a bunch of ****. I contacted them to explain why there was pieces of bones and cartilage in the burgers I ordered and was sent a £15 voucher. I contacted them to talk to me but no one ever did. I emailed the owners of these chains TRG and same crap. no reply. I quoted their vision but no reply. I seriously hope they all close down. they are crap

Went recently with this deal to the MK restaurant in Escape. I had the Sirloin Steak, perhaps the most expensive item on menu. It was terrible, full of gristle and fat. Waiter said he would get another but said they were all as bad. He did take some of the bill though. I won't be revisiting even with BOGOF.

Will stick up for them as went recently with this very deal on the app and thoroughly enjoyed my meal, had steak which included a lovely peppercorn sauce. Missus enjoyed her meal as well and the salted caramel cheesecake was delicious. Voted hot. Will say they are dear on some things. Would not pay full price.

I've mostly have had poor experience with F&B's. The one at southampton is the worst. Small group of us of 3 and for 2 of us the food was luke warm or weren't cooked properly. When we complained they brought the replacement mains 2 mins later which was marginally better. Of course if it was that quick that's awful. Meals waiting for customers rather than having customers waiting for the meal is really bad practice.
That and the awful loud happy birthday music they usually have going.

Bleh. Their mains don't look a whole lot interesting. Where's the proper American stuff? Screw meatballs.

Go back ten years, and I was in F&B's regular away. Usually before a cinema visit as it's right next door.
However, a while ago now, they changed the chips from nice crispy coated ones to cheap ass bog standard chips; never the same. Then, over time, service went from excellent where the server was always on hand, to practically having to wave your arms around to just get the bill. If you want a fresh round of drinks mid-meal, forget it, by the time they turn up to your table you've finished.
That place needs a serious injection of cash to get the staffing levels and customer service up to scratch. I'd go in with a 2 for 1 voucher; but they days of me paying anywhere near full price for a F&B meal are long gone.

F & B must be in trouble....I get constant 2 for 1, and various offers ongoing via app/email

So much F&B hate. 340 degrees heat though.
We've had no problems there the last few years and the service and food is fine. Always use a voucher or have the app on a phone to bring the price down though.

Used to be ok (years ago) but this place now serves absolute rubbish, get a tastier burger in macdonalds and that's saying something. Service is terrible too! If your popping in for a pint at least they sell Sam Adams :-)

Like Prezzo, if you're coming here without a coupon, what are you doing? Never worth full price. Barely worth the BOGOF imo.... but the kids enjoy it so they've got something right. Thanks for the deal.

Went to the one in Clarkes village and it was pretty decent. Had couple of burgers, maybe not at full price but worth a visit with the coupon

Fake Italian-American nonsense that belongs to history, like chicken-in-a-basket and spud-you-like.
This place is about as authentic as a Vesta curry, overpriced for what it is. Why bother?

It all boils down to whether the cheese contains animal rennet or not - gotten from the stomach lining of calves, kids(of the goat type, not human!) etc.. if it does - it is not 'vegetarian' cheese -
typically the harder continental cheeses like parmesan contain animal rennet

i thought vegetarians could have cheese and milk ect but vegans did not eat anything from an animal ? I know a few veggies and they have cows cheese but the vegan i know wouldnt ? Not trying to argue just curious .

I've found our local to be hit and miss with quality and service. On two separate occasions I found hairs in my food :disappointed: food on the menu is listed as vegetarian, actually isn't as they've used parmesan etc which has animal rennet, it's been put on my food without asking when I explained it was no longer vegetarian I then had the chef come to my table stating if I wouldn't eat it I was actually vegan. Personally like domino's deals these offers bring the food down to what it's worth. Service at ours can be unbelievably slow it took 45 mins to get our food from ordering place wasn't busy asd daughter wasn't impressed. It was supposed to be a treat after SATs it will be a while before we go back.

Been twice here as well.
Absolutely diabolical food every time. From starters all the way to desserts.
Trash. :disappointed:
EDIT:
The thing that amazes me is, the place is always full. I guess people like crap food here. Mcdonalds is always full as well.

Just found this on Facebook:
Thank you for your enquiry, please see our policy below regarding Halal meat, we hope this answers your question.
Frankie & Benny’s recognises that our customers would like both information and choice regarding the foods that they consume. At the present time, Frankie & Benny’s does not sell certified Halal food in any of its restaurants. It is Frankie & Benny’s policy neither to declare meat as Halal or non Halal. This is because abattoirs can sell meat to other markets. This minimises food waste, keeps prices down for our customers and helps our farmers to be competitive. There is currently no UK labelling scheme for halal. Our priority is always to ensure animal welfare of the highest standard. UK law currently permits halal slaughter both with stunning and without, however to maintain Red Tractor assurance scheme standards, signified by a logo on the label, all animals must be pre-stunned.
