I ended up phoning them. They tried to find my account while on the phone and it wouldn't work with my email address, they did find it with my player ID though. I've been told to call back on Monday as the guys who do the verification weren't in at the time (Fri evening). They assured me if there is a suspension of the account it will only be temporary and automatic, but I will be able to withdraw funds once they've seen my account.
I'll update once I hear back, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt to be honest.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with them mate hope you manage to get it sorted although it does sound rather shady :/ I've never won huge amounts but have never had issues withdrawing money from my account. I didn't send any ID confirmation in either I believe they run a credit check when you open the account then ask for further ID if they need it. I've had the account for a couple of years now and play whenever these promos come along but have never run into issues.

Just an update for whoever is still reading the comments.
I got an email back from one of the customer service agents saying thanks for sending my verification documents, however they can't find an account associated with my email. Absolute crap, I followed it up by sending them a screenshot of my account showing the exact email address that I was emailing them from!
I also received a separate email from one of their generic notification addresses asking for a copy of my debit card I used with the CVV hidden and the middle 8 digits hidden! Has anyone actually withdrawn from this site?
I've sent another email asking them why they would need that if it's already on my account. I'm very doubtful they will pay out now...

Not really. I doubt people would comment just to say they won nothing. Also, your odds of winning something (even a very small amount) are quite high with 25 chances.

Update from my £100 win, I messaged the support to see if they've actually received my ID and Utility bill I sent. The guy was quite blunt but he said it can take 24 - 72 hrs normally for someone to verify it... but they have got the email I sent
I'm going to pester them a bit tomorrow maybe if I don't see it verified tonight... A co-worker of mine has used this before and claims it's legit. Reading into them their insurance policy (as it's all insurance based) is pretty much solid and they have a Gibraltar gambling and betting license which they claim has strict guidelines to follow in order to obtain.

Not all apps make it to the playstore. Many betting apps don't make it, possibly to licensing laws and Google own policies. Coral, William Hill, Betfred & Pokerstars are just some apps that I know have only been available as APKs.
However, I wouldn't waste my money with this company. Reading the reviews seems like it's take your money with no problem but struggle to get paid back. Just avoid.

Getting a payout from this company is a total mare, they make it as difficult as possible (i did the last free offer like this out of boredom one day then got up to a few hundred pounds laying games). They don't actually buy a lotto ticket they just take insurance out against you winning and pay out based on the results. Lottery is a mugs game anyway.

So, the offer appeared, I logged in, the offer vanished. Got through to support who said delete app data, then uninstall and re-install. Still didn't work, so after half an hour and some screenshots, they sorted a credit for the offer.

Just an update for whoever is still reading the comments.
I got an email back from one of the customer service agents saying thanks for sending my verification documents, however they can't find an account associated with my email. Absolute crap, I followed it up by sending them a screenshot of my account showing the exact email address that I was emailing them from!
I also received a separate email from one of their generic notification addresses asking for a copy of my debit card I used with the CVV hidden and the middle 8 digits hidden! Has anyone actually withdrawn from this site?

Reading into them their insurance policy (as it's all insurance based) is pretty much solid and they have a Gibraltar gambling and betting license which they claim has strict guidelines to follow in order to obtain.

If you are on IOS make sure you click Get Deal using chrome browser and not the HUKD app. This will take you straight to the offer page.
Had to pay 55p as had 45p from previous time. Won £1.20 and decided to gamble and play big, so invested 5p to buy 5 more scratch cards and it paid off - won 10p, so 5p profit. YES! :laughing:

Install the app, create an account, log off, close your app.
Then open HUKD on your android phone, and click on the Get deal red button. That will launch the app with the offer.

I don't know if it has changed but a while back, if I remember correctly, you could only withdraw your winnings if over a certain amount - for those with winnings under £1 are you able to withdraw?
I've downloaded the app, and can't see the offer. Tried clicking the get deal link, but it just goes back to the App Store when I can open the app, and still ok offer.
Well it opens to a blank page. (edit maybe work or O2 blocking it, will try in WiFi at home later)
Any clues anyone ?
i already have an account so downloaded and isntalled the app. logged out and then came back to this site using google chrome and then clicked on the deal link which linked to the newly installed app. tried several times now and the deal is not showing in my activities.

So, the offer appeared, I logged in, the offer vanished. Got through to support who said delete app data, then uninstall and re-install. Still didn't work, so after half an hour and some screenshots, they sorted a credit for the offer.
So, to avoid annoyance, before you install the app, make sure there is NOTHING in the basket of your existing account!
