The free controller deal is back on. Im not saying this is the best deal I've ever seen but at least the deal has come back since some scorpio news where prices went back to full retail.
I got the forza horizon 3 with the 1TB xbox one s.
Also you get to pick a free controller with colours of black, white, blue or red.
Quidco @ 2% is also available to take it down another ~£4

People buy the 500GB because you could just buy an external 1TB for £50 or a 2tb for £70

Better to buy a 1tb external instead though I reckon. Comparable cost and double the extra space.

You'd have to be pretty mad to buy an Xbone at the moment, imho.
It's currently inferior to the PS4 (both PS4 and Pro) unless you want MS' exclusives, and then Scorpio is obviously looming on the horizon. Sure, you might know already that you won't be able to afford that but even then, I can only see people going for one if their friends are on Xbox Live otherwise.

I'd definitely say it was, especially on the One S. I don't know why people even go for 500GB consoles these days - get yourself a Black Ops 3 or similar and you have very little flexibility in what you can and can't play at any one time, especially if your internet connection's not up to scratch.

Shopto have this bundle minus the extra controller for £229.85, so you're paying £40 for the extra controller.
