The Tesco electric air pump is lightweight, portable which makes it an effortless way to inflate air beds, paddling pools and other large inflatables. It can be powered either by using mains electricity or by using the 12V car adaptor supplied, and includes three valve adaptors.

Would these be suitable for something like cleaning a dusty PC?

I have used it to blow air into the fan to remove the accumulated dust. Avoid blowing on the motherboard as it can damage the capacitors.

I understand what you mean about low pressure, but both are high volume. (explanation: If you can pump a car tyre to 30 psi within 4 minutes that's a very high volume), having used both I find the small compressors more convenient and faster than the pump - biggest downside is cost and some compressors are noisy

These are quite noisey and normally about £5-6 at Home Bargains, may be better off getting portable air compressors that can have a dgital display, also inflate tires and so on, saves space and is more versatile

Those are high pressure, low volume. Different to these that are high volume, low pressure.
