I bought a steel series keyboard before my current one. After a year or so a bunch of the keys started randomly registering douple presses. Also had a mouse from them where the mousewheel stiffened up until it became unusable.
Not impressed by them. Premium pricing for things that don't last.

Amazon reviews on the controller suggest it may not be PC friendly, in fact there is a separate version on sale for Windows.

the keyboard only has 6 key anti ghosting for WASD keys... i will be avoiding in this case, still need a decent keyboard under 50 quid that's for gaming and is quiet. 10 keyless preferred...
any ideas chaps?...

What sort of games do you want to play? If you want to play fast paced multiplayer games (e.g. CSGO, DOTA, League of Legends) where reactions and fast key presses are essential, then I'd recommend splurging for a mechanical keyboard (has significantly less ghosting and faster key press response). However, they're really noisy (whatever loud noise you just imagined, even noisier than that!) so if you have to keep quiet, or if the games you're playing aren't too fast paced, stick to membrane keyboards.

also since it's free maybe it's bundled in as standard with it having to be an additional item in your cart?
