Hey. Just to let you know that I have the mop. I've used it on laminate and tile flooring. It's simple to assemble with each part snapping in to place.
First impressions are; the mop feels sturdy and well built, unlike some of flimsier steam mops on the market. The pads are excellent and wrap around the mop head so there's less chance of it scrunching up while in use. They also are thick and substantial and I think they'll be fine to wash for many more uses. The water tank is simple to fill and has it's own measuring jug. You can also see how much water is left when in use.
One frustration is that it doesn't stand up on its own so it needs to be propped up.
Overall, it cleaned the floor really well and as the mop head is both wide and long, it did the job quickly. It also dries very quickly.
I haven't used the handheld unit yet but think it will clean shower tiles and the like quicker and easier than a cloth and lemon cleaner etc.
