Just bought this set in John Lewis for £839. Marked up as £899 but John Lewis will price match Crampton and Moore. Great set at a good price. End of line so probably not available for too much longer.
They won't match appliance electronics as it's not in stock. I got them to match Rgb Direct at 839 also

Ah, never noticed they had no stock now, seen some in earlier. I price matched them last week and watching the TV right now. Great TV. Would recommend.
They have a Samsung TV with Bluray cheaper than JL (although I'd prefer the soundbar, unfortunately that's not included).

Great deal. I think I'm going to bite. How long did John Lewis take to reply to your price match request? I just put one through. Holding off buying as I'm worried the price might increase or it might sell out before JL price match it. Do they price match instore?

Crampton and Moore have no stores anywhere near me and I wanted to buy in store as was hoping to take home the same day. unfortunately that wasn't the case with John Lewis anyway as it turned out. also Crampton and Moore want an extra £30 for the 5 year warranty which comes as standard with John Lewis.

Thank you so much - I ordered this last night after hours (and I mean many hours) of research and visiting Currys to see it - saw your post this morning and put in a price match - agreed within 20 minutes :smiley:
Unfortunately l received the price match when it was £849 from Crampton and Moore earlier this week. Saved £50.
I'm not sure if I can request again. Only a tenner difference.
Took a little less than 24hrs to get my confirmation.

Tv great. Be very carefull taking it out of the box. Follow the instructions and lie it down flat before sliding out. The packaging makes it a very tight fit and the television is very thin.

John Lewis just rejected the online price match request. WTF? Does anyone have screenshots of them accepting it so I can argue my case?

if you don't have a JL store by you I would try ringing them and see if they will price match and take order over the phone.

My local had no stock. Submitted the price match request again and this time they accepted it so placed the order. Due to be delivered next Saturday! Thanks op! :smile:
