Oos again apparently

Anyone know how I can plug speakers into this? I have some, but its an AUX cord and the TV has no headphone jack :disappointed:

I managed to grab one yesterday when they came back on sale

I bought one the day this was posted and still waiting delivery so good luck with your delivery tomorrow. Have not heard from them yet and was hoping to hear from the delivery driver today

Yes Rugbymike I have phoned Samsung and Panther. Samsung said it was dispatched on Friday week ago and Panther said it was being sent out last Friday to a local Courier but have heard nothing yet. Hopefully I will hear something today

Finally received one today. I regret not ordering a 2nd to occupy the bedroom until 4K is something im interested in. Ah well.

Mine is out for delivery on Thursday. It went from Samsung to Panther to Skelton and then will be shipped to a local carriers tonight. Oh the joys of living in Northern Ireland lol

The 55" I ordered on Sunday has been shipped, allegedly being delivered tomorrow :-)
I have to say it is my fourth, I have already received two 55" and one 49" for gifts to children and one ordered for a good friend.

Lucky you. The ONE I bought 12 days ago is still in the system somewhere lol

Hang in there. Mine was also on back order too and I was not holding my breath tbh. I got an email out of the blue today saying it has been dispatched. Panther say it will be here tomorrow.

Received mine this morning - waiting at home for me - woohoo!!

The TV ordered Sunday was delivered this morning, I was fearing it might be a 'faulty' one that had been returned by one of the original unhappy purchasers on this thread, but it does seem to be factory sealed, so fingers crossed all is ok.

Plus I don't think Samsung would risk sending out an opened and rejected tv as new.

So keep checking the website it does look like new stock does come in to the Outlet.

This might suggest otherwise... I don't think I'll be holding my breath, much :disappointed:

Im still being given the run around at the moment, had a text saying it was being delivered Wednesday, i phoned up panther Wednesday morning to check time it would arrive and they told me it was an error and it was actually out for delivery tomorrow ( today ) just phoned up and was told its not out for today and they will give me a call back in 24 hours about it, Be the weekend then by the time they phone ( if they do ) so won't expect it anytime soon

I made many phone calls too and now have had mine delivered this morning after being dispatched 13 days ago so hopefully yours will arrive too halfbakedjake

I am absolutely gutted! :disappointed: I purchased this TV when the deal first went live & have not heard anything from Samsung since.... I rang them yesterday to find out it was on backorder and have just now received an email cancelling my order as they do not have to stock to be able to fulfill it!!!

I've just sent them one angry email asking them to explain why orders placed days after mine have been delivered but I'm now stuck without a telly! Let's see what they have to say! :disappointed:

The Samsung cashback link I followed from Quidco has not tracked the purchase yet.
I don't think it states Outlet is excluded.

Hopefully the lucky few who got the deal have had some time to use their new TVs. Is it free from judder and motion blur? Is there banding issues?

I may get a K5500 or K5600, or wait for the M5500 to come down in price. Only if they aren't going to have motion issues.

installed ours last Friday, and can honestly say that we have no complaint whatsoever about it. Excellent picture, no judder/blurring/banding, sound quality far better than we expected.

Feel remarkably fortunate to have seen the original posting about this and bought one, superb value for money.

I can't believe this thread is still alive. Anyway, I'm very with my telly and looking for a decent soundbar, any suggestions ? Was recommended "Samsung HW-J355 120W with Subwoofer" which is only 89 quid at RS.

That's the one I had asked RS to reserve for me, before our TV arrived. But frankly, once the telly was set up I cancelled it, sound was more than adequate without spending any more on it.

Ahh well, I was hoping you would say it sounds amazing so I have a justification to buy it :sunglasses: Surely the soundbar must provide better "surround sound" and what about the subwoofer ?

Obviously a good soundbar will give you better surround sound, but for us the TV gives a more than adequate performance. It all depends on your expectations, and how much money you have to squander/spend on just watching TV (_;)

Mine finally arrived today. Seems to be all working fine. Anyone have any calibration settings they use movies/tv and for when in game mode ? Had a look online can't seem to find any for this tv
