Called them up today and they said it's out of stock and a new batch will arrive 1st week of may...
What's does this mean for the cash back?
Anyone else got the same? Not sure if I should just ask for a refund as these things don't usually ring true for out of stock items... I.e they go on much longer than stated.

The water level does not normally pass the door because modem washers are very eco friendly and that uses more water and energy, yours must be old/cheap. My Bosch works as after you press pause the display says either yes or no depending where it is in the cycle, water temp, and water level. It will not always let you add stuff just like Addwash. My old Samsung, and an Indesit I've used all do too.

looks like the AO one is ever so slightly different - the lcd panel is a different colour - meaning they won't price match. Model number is WW70K5413UW vs WW70K5410UW on tesco. Ordered the tesco one for my mother-in-law

Thanks op, really tempted but our Bosch machine is working fine other than the fact that it has slight mould on the inside rubber rim and the dispenser ... I can always buy this Samsung one keep it in our garage ? Decisions ... Thanks

You can easily get the mould off and I'd try removing it before paying for another machine if it's working fine apart from that :smile:

Just had a read of the LG thread and that looks a good deal if you are after a bigger machine and on that specific model you have the 5 year manufacturer warranty as well. If you dont need a 9kg machine then you could consider this Samsung deal given the price differential.
As another option there is a 9kg LG machine on Tesco Direct (also has 5 year warranty, checked on the LG website) which is £351.20 delivered using code TDX-JTHW. Not the same model as currys but looks very similar to me and is over £10 cheaper.
If you have bought this machine just remember you have to register the appliance within 90 days to benefit from 5 years warranty (if you dont do anything standard 2 year warranty applies)
I have a 7kg samsung dryer (heatpump tecnology). Does anybody know if my dryer could be stacked with this samsung washer, and if so, how to do it? I have very limited space in my utility room, so would need stack. many thanks

Any modern washer lets your pause the cycle, and then open the door to add items. Addwash works in the same way, but rather then pause and open the main door, you pause and open the small door. So it's totally pointless and adds no benefit. Rubbish marketing!
