Any difference between the 8000 & 9000 worth paying the extra for?

Do people actually ever get cash back from quidco? I've never been successful.
I really want this TV but apparently have to consider other things, such as curtains, for our new house first...

If curtains come anywhere near the price of this TV then you have your priorities the wrong way round :stuck_out_tongue:

Uh.. curtains will stop the neighbours taking admiring glances of your 65 inches  as they walk by! Although, from what you said, you won't have curtains if you have the TV so that wont work. Tricky one. Hmmm, ditch the missus and the curtains - the TV becomes your companion in life! :man:

Contacted Richersounds, best offer was £1499.99 (Inc Soundbar) due to PRC's price / deal not being like for like (RS has a 6 year guarantee).

Excellent - so £200 for the sound bar? Which sound bar is it?
Given the TV on it's own is £1599 to give you a free sound bar and £100 off sounds pretty decent to me - assuming the sound bar is actually a good one!
Does this TV do 1,000 nits? I thought that was a big plus for HDR

There's no a lot between KS7000-9000 in terms of tech.
All 10bit. All 4K. All HDR. All usually a lot more expensive than this! Hot

Build Quality is much better , local dimming is a massive bonus on upgrade to the 8000 , sound is also much improved although if you are using a sound bar then this wont be an issue for you.
The 8000 was around £200 more than this when it was posted on here recently , well worth the extra £200 imho.

Full array local dimming is the added difference. Google it.
