No I don't think so, you can close the lid, just put less ice and alcohol inside, problem solved :smiley:

I don't think they are as deep as one would assume. I have looked at them before and basically in use they need the lid off and the lid is only for when empty.

I have always looked at these but the fact you can't shut the lid when it has ice and drinks in it puts me off somewhat.
