Just a heads up for Uncharted 4 Season Pass holders who are getting the game 'free head to the pre-order page on the PS4 Store and you should be able to pre-order for free which then gets you Jak & Daxter and the theme free (UC TLL, J&D and the theme have all downloaded on my PS4 and I bought the Season Pass)

I am really excited for J&D re releases, though I hope the release is at least of the quality the PS3 HD collection was. The article said 4 games though, which I would imagine being Jak X the racing game as that came out next. There were the PSP titles 'Daxter' (which was definitely playable, but not as good as the main series, woudl still play again) and 'The Lost Frontier' which did get a PS2 port at some point though I only saw a copy of that at the end of the PS3's life cycle in an obscure market stall in Bristol, so it was very over priced. and my PSP died a year or two before the release of that title so I have no idea what that game is like. So my guess is it woudl be Jak X (but I sill want to play all games really)

That would only make sense if the missing things were very pricey compared to all other orders, I have read that with amazon they roughly do it by it 10% of the total money a person spends on their account is claimed back they view it as suspicious or it costs too much for them to deliver in that area if parcels are being stolen/couriers loose them that frequently, then they just stop delivering to that address as they either dont trust the consumer or can't risk that bad fortune to continue and refuse to risk loosing anymore money. Though this was prior to amazon doing their own deliveries I believe.
Base could use a totally different system though, and probably do, it's hard to say what their reasoning is but it's unlikely to be fair to the consumer if they are investigating the missing delivery at all and it's taking more than a month to find the answer.

Do you think the pre order bonus will only become available after the game ships....would love to get Jak & Daxter free but not really interested with Lost Legacy. I can't think they would send out the free game and have people then cancel pre-orders

The "season pass" as it were was withdrawn from sale on December 13th shortly after they announced the Lost Legacy was going to be a fully fledged standalone title. It was £19.99 at the time it was withdrawn from sale, I bought it at that point like the other poster.

they cant do something like that UNLESS it happened a lot then they will be suspicious if it keeps happening
