I started this just before my PS4 got the Blue Light of Death. I got a replacement Slim console from Amazon that arrived today but I'm not sure if I can be bothered returning to this. I feel like I played for about two hours last week and all I did was crawl around on a hospital floor. How long is it until you get into the open world areas?

Get past theat but and it opens up. That bit should only last an hour or so. You must be close.

People have their criticisms of this game, but for me it has one of the best game engines of all time. The movement and controls feel so smooth. You have so many tools and options as to how you approach things.

The most disappointing game ever. It makes MGS4 look like a masterpiece. The game had everything except a story.

I agree about the engine even from the small bit I have played. When you're crawling on the floor and you see the small muscles on the back of the character activate as you move was hugely impressive.
I just realised however that if I do decide to play it I have to start all over again as it's a new console and it won't have my save data!

It really isn't that long. If you were 20 hours in and doubting it then I would say leave it, but it is worth putting some time into the open world section before making a decision.
