It's not about being a snowflake. It's about making jokes a 12 year old would find cringe worthy.

Thanks, that would be much appreciated. I ordered earlier in the week and was just double checking the dimensions.... Won't really have room if its 4m deep but 3.3m as per the description would be fine.
Will need to try an cancel order if its the bigger dim. Let me know if you get chance to do a quick measure. Cheers

Can anyone please confirm the assembled dimensions of this swing and slide set?
On the b&q website the descripion states 3.9m wide x 3.3m deep (ie from base of steps to end of slide). However the image states 4m deep.
I have looked on other web sites and the depth dimension varies.
Any help confirming this would be much appreciated as I'm trying to check it will fit without being too cramped in the space available.

You've honestly got to have some maturity issues if you're coming out with stuff like that.

If you're a DIY-er, you can buy 100mm machine round timber poles for about £10-£15 per 3m length. The plastic fittings and swings would be a few quid each but you might as well go for something a bit more heavy duty for a few quid more. The slide is the pricey part at £40-£70. Total cost around £150 I reckon, and you'd have a better quality build at the end of it. If you want something that'll last decades and strong enough for adult use then you need to be looking at 125mm-150mm posts but expect to pay 2-3 times the price!

Cold...brought a similar Plum product (Plum Tamarin Playcentre - same just without the climbing rope) for £160 from Tesco.

It's not the same at all. The construction is much less sturdy (and weather resistant) than the sets proposed, reflected in a 5 year warranty and not 10 years.
I'm going to attach some chin-up bars/rings to mine as it's more than adequate for carrying an adult weight.

The Tarmirin has a smaller slide and the wood is made of flat planks of woord. I've personally opted for the Baboon for my 5 year old as I think it will last considerably longer.
