According to plum website, yes, it's the 3G enclosure. From what I can see the 3G refers to the fact it bulges out rather than tapering inwards to give more room to bouncers!

Suggest if you buy one of these you spend some of the money saved on a trampoline course. You wouldn't believe how many kids in A&E from trampolining injuries. We have a Plum trampoline, fantastic exercise for the whole family when used safely and properly.

We have the 10 FT Plum 'lesser model' which we got for 80 quid from Tesco Direct at Xmas and it's great. That was an absolute bargain so this one is a mega bargain. Suspect it's a misprice but gotta be in it to win it...heat added.

I got my confirmation which on their website it says doesn't mean the order has been accepted and it won't until the item has been dispatched. Just have to wait and see. Can people update if they hear anything please. :smiley:

Also ordered a accessory kit.
Just got a dispatch notification from Parcelforce stating a parcel from plum Products has been dispatched.
It could just be the accessory kit, but both items are showing as processing on the B&Q account page.
No way of knowing right now!
If they cancel one and ship the other, I will hope they refund both!

I think they've just sent you the accessory kit as I don't think anyone has had confirmation of the trampoline and it needs to give you a specific delivery cos it's such a big item. The person on their live chat said the manufacturer will be delivering it themselves. If yours just says processing there is still hope yet. I stupidly didn't create an account so all I have is my confirmation email but no way to see if they cancel it unless they email...

Ah thought it sounded too cheap for a Jump King lol. I was gonna get a Rebo Fun Jump as they're meant to be better than the Plum but for this price I thought might aswell save £35 and get one worth a lot more. Just hate this waiting game of not knowing whether I'm getting it lol :/.

I spoke to B&Q customer service today hoping to arrange delivery to be told they would have to ring the supplier as they are sending these direct, they called back to say the supplier has a problem as 857 were ordered over the weekend and they do not have stock to cover these orders.
They suggested I cancel my order and look elsewhere as it could be June or July until stock is in for delivery.
I declined cancelling and asked if the order would be honoured when stock was available only to be put on hold whilst she asked a supervisor came back and said not sure ?

Agree, at least give them the 48hrs they state on the order before chasing them up. You're unnecessarily drawing attention to things (although 857 orders in 4 days might also ring a few alarm bells!) and achieving nothing.
For info, my order, placed at 21:30 on Sunday is still showing as processing as of 22:30 tuesday evening. I received an email and text within 10 mins of placing the order but have heard nothing since (and I won't be chasing until Thursday at the earliest!!).

Stupidly I didn't create an account which is why I contacted them. Initially I thought if it was a fluke perhaps I could arrange delivery before they got to cancel it. But they said it's all fine their end and they have my money, I just have to await my call from the supplier. And they said they don't know anything of any delays and as far as they know it should all be normal :smiley:. I made them put a note on my order though that if there are long delays not to cancel and I'll wait lol.

I wouldn't worry as something that big if there was an error they would have told me when I spoke to them. They told me everything was fine and Plum just need to contact to arrange delivery. It's out of stock on Plum's website though paha. I kinda feel for them if they do have that many orders to fulfil lol.

Spoken with plum they were very cagey and said I need to speak to b&q they confirmed they have none in stock and no date for more being back in stock they also can't confirm who comes in order as plum sell directly from website and other places like argos,Tesco etc,therefore no imminent delivery date this year!! I've had the email saying that I cancelled it also. Spoke to the customer services department who refused to put me through to a manager and was told that they are refunding the money and giving me a 20% discount code for future purchases. Eventually spoke to a manager "Ronan" who said that the trampoline will go back on at the same price £99 when the dispute with Plum is settled. (I'll believe that when I see it!) Also brought the accessory pack from somewhere else so that will cost me to send back!!! I have also been given a £20 gift voucher from B&Q as gesture of good will!

I've just gone to Asda and got the 10ft sports power for 89 reduced from 99, disappointing about the plum but at least have a trampoline and 20% off B&Q!

Had an email saying thank you for cancelling your order! Which I didn't. Spoken with b&q they say would be at same price if n when come back in stock. I suggested the honourable way to deal with it would be to match the deal from the original order . I was told to speak to a manager to reorder when in stock to discuss honouring the deal. Well, the code ONLY works on trampolines. SHame, as the B&Q trampolines are extremely expensive compared to anywhere else, and the only cheaper one is a no-brand 8ft one at £98, which was recently at £68! So I will be complaining more in the morning... Either spend £78 for a trampline that was £75 at the weekend, or ~£185 for a smaller version of the one I ordered!

after half hour on the phone to their customer services (25 mins of which was spent on hold) I was offered £20 and pretty sure I was told the voucher was 20% off anything, which it clearly isn't. Still not great but try and get your £20 if you can.

So disappointed to say the least! Not because the trampoline is now no more (had that gone through that would have been the bargain of the century for us!) but because of the way this matter has been dealt with by the customer service department at B&Q. After 2 phone calls and speaking with a manager for over 40 minutes (I think!) I can conclude that:
1) The trampoline has been cancelled due to a lack of 'saleable stock'
2) NO customer has been offered anything other than the 20% off good will gesture
3) The 20% good will gesture is valid on plum trampolines ONLY
4) And lots of 'I can't answer that' statements...
Needless to say, this contradicts what others have experienced.
Do I believe some have been offered vouchers? Yes, but it doesn't matter what I think, it's out there now that this is an option and the customer service department are denying and refusing this thus doing further damage in my opinion. I can say first hand that the information being given by customer service reps isn't consistent as the first rep I spoke with said the discount was good for ALL online purchases, the email said it was to be used when purchasing trampolines and the online basket reality is that only plum trampolines will be discounted!
As far as I'm concerned, B&Q have taken away my opportunity to buy a trampoline at an Easter weekend bargain price by leading me to believe I already had one from them through email and withdrawing the money from my account then not informing me until after all the bargains had finished and now they are offering a 20% discount on plum trampolines only which doesn't reduce the price enough to make it an attractive offer when compared with the selling price of plum products from elsewhere!
Will my kids get a trampoline? Yes maybe, when we can find one for a bargain price. Will it be from B&Q? I highly doubt it! I have been blindly loyal to B&Q for years now... all that's left to say is where's the nearest Homebase!!!
