You need to link your Amazon account to your Twitch account. Here is a good starting place for you.
Once it's all in order. Sign into Twitch and they will be available to view in your 'my subscriptions' section.

Yeah, that is a downside. The launcher is becoming more appealing as of late though. If they keep up their trend of occasionally good games like the recent Walking Dead Season 1 & 2, then I could be convinced to use it. Until then, I'll just keep adding them to my account.
