The deal is a long standing deal (at least 15 years) that with an NUS card, when you buy any meal you get a free McFlurry, cheeseburger or hamburger.
What isn't well known is that there is a different "wrap of the day" meal each day. It is t even always shown in the kitchen area with all the prices, or isn't obvious. All of them feature chicken. They are very nice, quality wraps, in fact nicer than the buns mcd use on most of the burger range for instance.
So for £3.59 you get:
Chicken wrap (some days also features bacon, sweet chilli sauce etc) Medium fries Medium drink, fresh Tropicana Orange juice or coffee or tea McFlurry (promo ones not included)/

they use the same cup to serve all of their mcflurrys which means you do get the monopoly stickers. (well at least in Luton they do)

Don't really need a NUS card if you have a student ID.

I've been getting the free burger for years without having to buy an actual meal. Just another paid item.
I've also been getting the wrap of the day meal for years too, I'm surprised McDonald's don't promote it much.

I don't get why this a hot deal, this is just the normal deal but using a wrap instead of the burger meal deal and using your student discount for a free McFlurry or am I missing something?
The wrap of the day offer has been around for years...
The free McFlurry (or cheese burger or mayo chicken), with a meal, has been around for years...

This years monopoly has been by far the best in terms of rate of return! Every 10 'properties' gives a NowTV code that can either be used by yourself or sold elsewhere  and that's before the couple of old Kent roads I've got and the instant wins. All our local ones give plain mcflurry cartons with the nus offer though (as they should) but obviously others may not care. Only count on getting 7/9 tokens though!
