Sell by dates are a load of garbage, the uk public are fixated with them and throw away millions of tonnes of perfectly good food.
Sell by means at its best before this date but be sure the manufacturer will give themselves a hell of a lot of leeway.
Use by means strictly use the product by this date or it could poison you meat dairy etc, but I still use my nose and judgment.

Is there any reason you wouldn't be drinking it all in the same day?

I tried this recently and didn't enjoy it to be honest.
OK, better than a standard lager but very 1 dimensional for dark beer. Tasted like Toohey's Old to me :stuck_out_tongue:
I would much rather pick up 4 pints of Guinness West Indies Porter for £6 at Morrisons

Great beer. They sell it in a local Mexican restaurant
Shame my local B&M doesn't sell alcohol.
Nice beer, I have it in Spain while avoiding all the lagers there.
