Just a thought though about these superfast oats and that is that the more processed and instant the oats are the more they are likely to raise blood sugar levels. So if you want healthy be warned.

Always stock up at this price. My favourite oats. Price tends to drop April and October. My spare bedroom has been turned into a grain store. :smiley:

Considering these are £0.59 at home bargains it is good price. I usually buy 2 to 4 bags when I visit HB.
