At least Amazon are good about issuing refunds. At the same time, wtf are they doing allowing a seller with no details?
I'm just this minute on their chat trying to get the refund for my book purchase (you can't just claim it hasn't arrived through the automated system because of the delivery window being so large). Hopefully you get your money back quickly.

Good luck but you aren't getting it. 100% feedback from 4 items in 2011 and 1 item in 2015 but now suddenly they have 96 limited edition 3ds xl for sale? Not going to happen.
I just had something similar happen but for books. I don't know if older Amazon stores have recently been hacked or if Amazon has changed its payout system (so the hackers can get their money before we can claim the item hasn't arrived) but this sort of problem really seems to be on the rise in the last few months.

item has dispatched using china post even though it clearly stated seller sends from United Kingdom . phoned amazon they dont know where the seller is from.
