Quite a good price for a 75 piece kit and £20+ elsewhere.

Anyways it's a tenner and it's a branded set and it could be useful for some
A truly cost effective range of accessory sets that has an array of accessory essential bits to suit most general applications. 75 piece set includes 40 x screwdriver bits, 4 x holesaws and a variety of flat bits, brad points, masonry and HSS bits.

Thanks for the heads up. I thought that it must be good, based on the brand, but I'll definitely be giving this a miss.
Did you not read your own title? YOU DID!!!!

Heller or Dormer are quality but vastly more expensive than this. DeWalt Extreme range is also very good but I wouldn't recommend anything else by DW

Forget these. My neighbour and I are using these to screw deck boards down. The bits break really easily. I'm recommending he take them back.

Have these, ok for a tenner but for makita branded they aren't a very professional set.

Reviews appear ok??? The first revierw on the page for the item is:-
"Cheap product not worth wasting your money on.
Drills came bent in box, hole saw poor quality and bits not great either.
Not expecting the best quality set in the world for the price, Makita should really check what they are putting their name to. "
I have a Makita 18v drill which comes with the same items in the box. Masonry drills lasted no time at all, the other bits are ok, but nothing great. Certainly not something a tradesman would buy.

Are these basic free sets that makita throw in with a drill, ?

I have a similar set from screwfix. It's clearly not Makita gear. Just cheap Chinese items that have been branded by Makita.

Is Makita really diluting their brand like this?
