Got one the other day for the lower price on Amazon. Updated it as per the advice and it went all the way to the anniversary update which promptly lost the network adapter. Tried new drivers chipset and realtek but no joy so have rolled the op sys back.
Which has now restored the network adapter....
Beware and don't update all the way to anniversary till they have the fix.

These are great tablets.
I managed to run mirrors edge 1 directly on the tablet via steam (installed to the tablet). Was around 34fps at high graphics if I recall.
The tablet kept crashing if I threw too much at it, so I ended up selling.
But for £70, I would consider this again. Should run the ps4 remote play desktop app as well.

This compares very well with the Nintendo Switch as a portable gaming device yet is about the same cost as the Switch pro controller on its own. More cpu processing power and a lot longer battery life. May even be possible to emulate up to Gamecube or even wii level if you want the Nintendo game experiences.
GPU a lot weaker though about 90 gflops vs about 150 or 200 gflops in Switch portable mode. This sits between Vita and Switch in gpu performance terms.

This looks really cool.
If you stream steam games to the tablet will it pick up the grip as an Xbox controller input? Also it's great to hear that XB1 streaming works well. Is there any way to make the control grip work for the PS4 remote play app? Can't wait to try out PS1 and GBA emulation on this  heat.

Recommend this, use it to play Football Manager 2015 off of steam and for ps4 remote play

Do I need to use the PS4 controller for remote play or can I use the controllers that come with the tablet?

That's the one. It is user created so not complete but a good starting point to know which ones will work. Sounds ideal for what you will use it for and even at £70 it's actually a pretty good tablet.

Yeah, the controller works fine. Button response is good etc. The problem is me. I can't unlearn the xbox controls so it seems out of place. I go for the buttons and hit the stick and vice versa. Plug a controller in and it works great. Just can't charge at the same time due to the 1 USB port which can be a pain.
I see Mark of the Ninja runs which is a good sign. I'd be looking to use it to as a portable option to finally clear up some of the 2d backlog in my steam account . I have a nvidia gfx card so can already use moonlight to stream to an android tablet at home with a controller.

I havent had many problems using the supplied controller dock, was playing Ryse : son of rome with it just the other night, didn't realise it supported use of the actual xbone controller though
Anyone know if one of these will run Enter the Gungeon?

I'm not sure, the processor has slightly worse single core power than the recommended processor and less graphics power than the recommended GPU.
You'd be better off running it on a better PC and using steam in-home streaming.

There is a list of games that run natively on the Linx forums. I don't recall seeing that and can't access it ATM.
These work great for streaming XBOX or Steam games. Don't expect to be playing any AAA games natively but had no issue running Dishonoured, Fallout 3 and a few others. Arcade games seem to work best.
Also worth noting; the controller has the right stick and buttons swapped round. I couldn't use the controller due to muscle memory. Just plug your xbox controller in. It works way better.

annoyed me really, as Fonica had it on for £63.99 or best offer. I made 2 offers within a couple of quid and they were rejected. they clearly didn't want "best offer". I would have done "buy it now" if I'd have known that. Now there's none left :-(
i normally use it when i want to play in my bed or in my conservatory.
theirs no lag for me but i feel the screen isn't the best but then i realise the price i paid for it.

Whats the quality like? The slight input delay combined with diminished quality put me off originally even via ethernet... although these days I use backwards compatibility with it on the rare occasion I do use. I like the listen to music while I play sometimes and as my speakers run though my primary monitor its easier than switching channels and finding a pair of headphones

Which I'm guessing is not exhaustive. Discussion in the thread seems to suggest more resource hungry 3d games run ok.
