problem with any chocolate deals here on hotdeals is that you end up buying more than you probably would have at normal prices - its the only time i end up gaining and loosing pounds at the same time (think about it....waistline/wallet)

Just done the same, the family love these. I'm more of a dark chocolate eater really but want to try the Hotel Chocolat super milk with the lower sugar and higher cocoa content! Really expensive though :disappointed:

Fab deal- scorching hot op!! I bought these on the deal last week on Amazon though which was 1 Lindor ball for £7.49, so I bought 2 for £15 :disappointed: Does anyone know if you can return confectionery at Amazon? Thanks <3

I have just ordered this deal - one maxi ball for my older son's birthday and the other to share with my youngest son. When I went to pay, a £5 Paypal credit was in my account from a hotel stay deal that was on here several months ago, so it was nice to just end up paying an extra £5.98 for this deal. Thank you.

Think it's about Amazon banning accounts for a high return rate. But really, you have to have quite a high % of returns - and some people take the mick - regularly returning things because they want to try an electrical item for a few days, or buying different sizes to send one back.
I always make sure I take pictures and spell out why I'm returning something to Amazon, and it's nearly always because it's faulty or damaged.

Not fair! I was charged £1.99 for delivery. I actually ordered 3 sets of the Lindors but the invoice only stated I ordered one! Am awaiting response from the customer service department. There wasn't a limit to one per customer right? I couldn't see that in any of the fine print...
ChickChic
21 Apr 17#40
usually they add comments (in small print), saying what the limit per customer is :disappointed: . and yes I think they are now low on stock and sell one per customer. I was trying to order 3 but got an invoice for 2 only.

People wouldn't need to do this if Amazon didn't change the price of their items every 5 minutes!
louiselouise
24 Apr 17#54
Well, they're a business. Which is why I say returns have to be a reasonable %. Simply common sense.
Shame they've done away with the 7 days price change refund rule (around May 2016) but eternally returning things again and again without good reason just isn't feasible.

24 Apr 171#55
While I have no idea what figure your amount of returns has to reach for you to actually be banned, it seems a bit unreasonable to ban people for returning clothes that don't fit when you're an online-only business.

On Groupon - it just says 'Oops, your tracking is not available yet'. I have had no dispatch email either. I bought these as one of the balls was supposed to be a present for my son's birthday tomorrow, but it looks like that is not happening now unless they have just forgotten to update my tracking information (and it arrives today).

25 Apr 17#62
I get that message too sometimes when I go on to check, but when I try again it shows the tracking details. I haven't had a dispatch email either. I guess they are going to be taking the full 7 days to deliver....
