Yes, however you will need to create a US account too. You can then buy a top up card from here and apply it to your account. :smiley:

Great price. Have never bothered with US content before, so had to set up a US PSN account and after a failed digital code content purchase ended up getting $10 worth of credit from: https://www.g2a.com for £7.49 GBP = €8.48 EUR

I added 2 x $10 cards to basket and it didn't add the activation fee.
Now trying to work out how to get both UK and US accounts on same PS4 login. I keep getting error "cannot sign in using another player's sign in ID". I'm using @gmail.com and @googlemail.com of the same Google account. Dunno if this is the issue. :?

Use a different email address to UK account. Get yourself a US shipping address from Borderlinx and set up new account on PSN US using said details. Buy PSN credit from CDKeys or PCGameSupply (both legit) and redeem on PSN US store on new account and buy your games. Log into PS4 using new US account and download games, then you may log out and back into UK account and play them on your normal account. Note there are some caveats, you then can't download U.K. DLC on a game bought from PSN US.

I take it you can't do this if you're game sharing with someone though? Sharing with my cousin and was wondering if he'd be able to play it or not too, since I share my UK account with him.

No, it works like this.
You share your UK account with someone.
So they set up your account as primary to those console to allow any user to use your games
You're basically the receiving end of game sharing when doing a USA account.
Set the USA account to primary on your console and you can use any account to play these titles (your main account)
If someone wants to play your USA games. They must log into that account to play em.

Now when I try and log onto the new account on my PS4 it says:... cannot use the Sony entertainment network account of another user on this PS4
What am I doing wrong?

May sound silly asking, but did you create a new user account rather than use your existing one? I'm referring to when you first boot your PS4 and it asks whether you want to use or create a new user. You have to create a new user account for the login. You can't just sign out of PSN on an existing one I mean. :smiley:

Instructions online said to log out PlayStation network account and then log back in as US account, but actually as you say this doesn't work. You need to log out from the PS4 and create a new user, activate this as the primary account, and then log in to your UK PlayStation network account.

Will Left Behind work with this as it could be classed as DLC or is it a part of the main game download? I know US DLC won't work on a UK account.

I didnt have to activate anything, just start the download(s) using the usa account then log off right away and back into your UK account and resume download, once done, play. thats all I did.
